50-Minute Initial Intake

Prior to the Initial Intake you will complete a form to help me to get to know about you. Then the Initial Intake session will help us identify where you’ve been in life, where you are now, and where you would like to be. We will start to develop some goals and a plan of how to get there. By the end of the session, if we both believe it’s a good fit, we will talk about future scheduling and frequency.

50-Minute Sessions

Now that we have established the path you will be taking, our sessions to accomplish these goals will last anywhere up to an hour each. Together, we will plan what days and times are best for us. Payment is due at the time of each session in cash, check or credit/debit card.
